Your birth details are personal. We treat them that way.

This privacy policy describes how Cosmic Path (the "Service") collects, uses, and protects your information. By using the Service, you agree to this policy.

What we collect

To generate your reading, we collect: your first name (required), optionally your full name and Hebrew name, your date of birth (required), and optionally your birth time, birth location, current location, life focus, and contact details for daily delivery (email, phone, or WhatsApp number).

How we use it

Your birth details are used only to compute your cosmic profile and generate your reading and daily insights. Your contact details are used only to deliver the daily guidance you have subscribed to.

We do not sell your personal data. We do not share your birth information with third parties for advertising. Necessary sub-processors (e.g. payment processing via Stripe, message delivery via Twilio / Resend / WhatsApp Business) only receive the data they need to perform their function.

Storage and retention

Local-device data (your most recent reading, journal entries, and preferences) is stored in your browser's local storage. You can clear this at any time from your browser settings.

Account-level data (when you subscribe) is retained for as long as your subscription is active and for a reasonable period afterward for accounting purposes, then deleted on request.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, export, or delete your data at any time by emailing privacy@cosmic-path.com.

Children

Cosmic Path is not intended for users under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice.
